Pricing is based upon the individual needs of our clients. After a thorough Brand Discovery Call you will receive a unique presentation with three proposals to choose from tailored to your situation. You are not simply hiring us to ‘design a graphic’, but rather, to listen to your needs and to build a relationship to help your business grow.

We do offer payment plans! Payment plans will not exceed one year from the contract date. Project $ ➗ 12 Months 🟰 Monthly Payment.

For most projects, we request a 25-50% down payment to schedule in work. For brand strategy work we require 100% up front. We accept payments via bank transfer, personal check, or Venmo. The exact details and terms will be provided in our proposal. The final deposit will be paid on completion of the project, prior to releasing the final artwork.

We only take on a few projects at a time to ensure that each client gets their deserved attention. Please fill out our contact form to check availability, as this changes all the time.

We reply to new inquiries within five business days and any existing project communications within two business days.

This depends entirely on the scope of the project: Project Details + Size of Business = Project Time Frame. For example, a medium-sized small business (10+ employees, 10+ clients, or 50+ products) needing all three of our Brand Services could take up to 4 months to complete the project. 6 weeks for Brand Strategy, 2-3 weeks for Brand Design, and 3-4 weeks for Brand Growth.

The project could be completed quicker, if necessary, but we don’t recommend it as a hasty project is a sloppy project.

Yes! When you hire Straight Creative you are hiring Tyler Straight and only Tyler Straight as we do not have any employees (although sometimes we wish we did 😅 ). If we do hire out a subcontractor for a special case then it will be clearly specified and the decision to do so made in unison.

We use the one concept method when designing for our clients, which means that we work long and hard with you to develop the best possible outcome possible. Our hope is that you will fall in love with your design right away! However, there are revisions written into the contract if you have a few adjustments you’d like made to reach that perfect end result.

If we go through this process and you don’t like the end result even at the end, you are not entitled to a refund and we will work out the details on a case by case basis.

The number of revisions are based upon the budget of the client and then written into the contract.

We do not exceed five revisions no matter what the design project.

After the client chooses the proposal they want to go with we will send an invitation to create a client portal through Notion. Everything will be handled within this platform, including signing contracts, trading comments, viewing design files, etc.

Deliverables are based entirely on what your business needs.

Brand Design clients with receive the following files: EPS, JPG, PNG, SVG, and TIFF in full color and black and white.

In order to pause the project all payments leading up to that point must be paid to Straight Creative, upon which you will receive the files that have been paid for up to that point.

Upon returning after the pause a new contract will need to be drafted and signed, followed by a new deposit.
